Refunds & cancellations

Commercial access for Broadcast Calendar Cloud, offered by RagTech Solutions, is arranged directly with us—not through self-serve card checkout on this site. Local consumer laws may give you additional rights; where they conflict, those laws govern. For anything not covered here, contact us.

Free trial

New accounts may receive a limited-time trial of full API access after e-mail verification, as described on the Pricing page. The trial ends automatically when the trial period expires or when your access is extended under a separate agreement. No payment is required for the trial itself; there is nothing to refund for trial access alone.

Paid access and invoices

When you purchase access offline (invoice, contract, or other agreed method), refund and cancellation terms are governed by your order form or agreement and applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error or you did not receive the access you agreed to, contact us from your registered e-mail with details—we will investigate and work toward a fair resolution.

14-day refund window

For paid commercial access arranged directly with us, you may request a refund within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date your qualifying payment is received.

Service and access after cancellation

API access remains available for any period you are entitled to under your agreement (or through the end of a trial), subject to these terms. When access ends, API keys may stop working until access is renewed.
