Why we retired the $5 and $10 Schedules API plans
From 10 September 2026, the Schedules API is offered as a single full-access plan at $3,499 per month, with unlimited channels across the full catalog. The $5 and $10 channel plans have been retired as part of a simpler, more consistent commercial model.
What has changed
From 10 September 2026, the Schedules API is offered as a single production plan: full access at $3,499 per month, with unlimited channels across the full catalog and every region we cover. The plan includes onboarding and support aligned to your integration, and commercial terms are agreed offline as they are today.
The playground and the 7-day trial remain available for teams that want to evaluate coverage and data quality before committing.
Why we made this change
Simplifying the commercial model
As the platform has matured, a broader spread of plans made it harder for customers to compare options and plan an integration. Consolidating on a single production plan gives teams a clear, predictable offer and lets them focus on shipping.
Investing in reliability and coverage
Delivering normalized listings at scale requires continued investment in coverage, freshness, and support. Consolidating our plans allows us to direct that investment behind a consistent service level for every customer.
Aligning plans with how customers deploy
Channel limits were introduced at an earlier stage of the product. In practice, teams expand into new regions and add channels as they grow, so a fixed ceiling often stops matching how the product is used. Full access removes that friction and scales with the integration.
Reducing operational overhead
Supporting multiple entry-level plans added complexity across onboarding, billing, and customer care. A single plan keeps our operations consistent, which benefits customers and partners alike.
Providing a clear path for partners
Organizations that want to redistribute or embed BCC in their own products are best served through our partner program, where terms are agreed directly. Full-access pricing gives those conversations a consistent foundation.
Need a limited catalog?
Full access is the plan we now offer online. If your use case calls for a limited catalog at a smaller price, our sales team can review your requirements and discuss an option that fits. Start a conversation with sales or use our contact page.
For existing customers
Access for customers currently on the $5 and $10 plans continues through the end of the current paid period. We will reach out to discuss migration to full access, and there will be no interruption to existing integrations in the meantime. To talk sooner, our team is available.
BCC Sentinel
BCC Sentinel pricing is unchanged: free for one schedule page URL, Team at $99 per month for up to ten, and Enterprise for larger deployments.
